The General Overseer of the Adoration Ministry, Enugu Nigeria (AMEN), Rev Fr Ejike Mbaka, has been in constant debacle with the Catholic church over his constant meddling on politics.

The Reverend Father has been having issues with Bishop Onaga the head of Catholic Church in Enugu.

The last straw was Rev Mbaka’s views on politics and his constant criticism of Labour Party’s presidential aspirant Peter Obi.

These and so many other issues has led to Catholic Bishop Onaga to impose a compulsory “moments of solitude” to Father Ejike Mbaka a development which sparked protest from his followers.

This was confirmed by the National Director of Social Communications, Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria (CSN), Padre Mike Nsikak Umoh, who also revealed that Rev. Fr. Anthony Amadi has been appointed as Mbaka’s replacement as he proceeds his journey to the monastery.

With all these debacle and confusion coupled with the politics meddling amongst catholic church faithfuls it’s sure not a good development and will only tarnish the image of the Catholic Church.
