IPOB Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s Discharged and Acquitted verdict a great step for Nigeria stabilization

Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was yesterday Thursday 13th October found not guilty by the Appeal Court Abuja.

Kanu was discharged and acquitted after the abuja-based court found him not guilty of the remaining verdicts that was revelled against him by the federal government.

The freedom fighter’s lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor, also confirmed the verdict on his official facebook page shortly after the judgement on Thursday.

The Judge in charge of Kanu’s case acknowledged that counts 1, 3, 4, 5, 13 and 15 showed some allegations against Kanu while acknowledging that the trial of the defendant would proceed.

The panel led by Justice Jummai Hannatu Sankey JCA presiding against Kanu reserved their judgement until today Friday 15th, October.
