Renowned Nigerian Gospel Singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu was beaten to death by her husband Peter Nwachukwu who according to reports has escaped from Kuje Correctional Facility where he is awaiting his fate after being Sentenced to death by the Federal High Court.
Recall that the correctional center was over-run by terrorists who also freed their fellow terrorists.
This is in part due to Nigerian prison’s inadequate security and planning.
Peter Nwachukwu was labeled a wife beater and a killer after Osinachi died of alleged beating to the chest which was attributed to her husband’s incessant beating.
Whether the Nigerian security agencies will apprehend him is not known yet but the truth of the matter is that he Peter Nwachukwu has nothing to lose if he decides to disappear as he is already a Deadman walking due to his death sentence.
