Job Description
- We are looking for a competitive Insurance Sales Associateto help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients.
- You will identify their needs and demands and sell accordingly.
- The goal is to formulate strong relationships to ensure growth and preserve and augment our firm’s prestige.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for sales of HEIRS range of retail products and services while bulding strong relationships with our customers.
- Meet expected Monthly Budgets and generate large numbers of customers on a monthly basis.
- Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records.
- Prepare and submit Activity / Sales reports to the Line Manager on the success of your sales endeavours.
- Collect information from customers on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
- Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field.
- Fulfill all Company-established Policy Obligations
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years Proven Experience in Sales.
- Good knowledge of insurance Plans (fire, Property, Automobile etc).
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience in any financial institution would be an added advantage.
- Good Communication / Interpersonal / Negotiation / Presentation / Relationship Managemet Skills.
Remuneration
N50,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
