The spate of tanker explosions across the 36 states of the federation is becoming so worrisome.
According to the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) there has been 18 incidents of fuel tanker explosions in the country this year 2022.
Recently a tanker explosion that occurred at Ilo Awela area of Sango Toll gate on the Lagos -Abeokuta expressway which involved a total of 12 vehicles claimed 2 lives while injuring 3 others.
The FRSC was established to quell such deadly incidents that costs lose of innocent Nigerian citizens lives.
The agency needs to up their game and implement safety measures to avoid such deadly accidents.
